The third and fourth installments in the Stance & Speed Monograph series are (finally) here!
Number 3 is on the 1934 Ford that is better-known as the So-Cal Coupe. It is written by Ken Gross, with a foreword by Alex Xydias, founder of the So-Cal Speed Shop. As with all of the Monograph Series books, Peter Harholdt shot the primary photos of the car. The book includes several historic photos of the car as well as a full list of the car’s specifications.
Number 4 covers the Watson roadster that A.J. Foyt drove to victory in the 1964 Indianapolis 500, becoming the last front-engined car to do so. The book was written by the Indianapolis Motor Speedway’s renown historian Donald Davidson, with a foreword by Big Tex himself. We shipped some books to Indy early for the month of May, and it was very well received there.
Special thanks to all of you who pre-ordered these books and waited patiently for their arrival. By now, all of your books have shipped out, so if you don’t receive them soon please let us know.
