Martyn L. Schorr
As the editor of CARS magazine from New York-based Magnum-Royal Publications, Martyn L. Schorr was one of the few East Coast journalists covering the musclecar scene of the 1960s. Marty founded High-Performance Pontiac magazine, which still exists under the Source Interlink banner. Marty went on to create, build, and market various Baldwin-Motion vehicles, launched Vette magazine, and started PMPR, Inc., a public relations and book and magazine publishing company. Today Marty lives in Sarasota, Florida.
